On Wednesday morning they were sprouting. I admit I pulled a few sprouts to taste & WOW! I haven't even let them grow beyond sprout size because they are completely full of the peppery flavor. I only need a few for a sandwich, or in a salad to know they're there. Wonderful. Hearty. Growing nicely. Remember to pinch them off the stem, not pluck so they can sprout again!
