It is a Galaxy Nexus. I got it on Android 4.0. There is one massive problem with it though. It is not the 32 GB version; it is only the 16 GB version. Either half the storage was disabled and despite having flashed a custom recovery, there is no way to reenable it, or I was lied to about how much storage there is. The storage wouldn't have been a problem if the device did have a microSD card slot, but Nexus devices were actually the first to get rid of those...
