Purchased/paid on 4/9. Messaged seller on 4/14 asking for status due to no shipping update. Reply on 4/16 stating in hospital. I responded 4/17 that I was sorry they weren't feeling well and said they could just cancel as they had other things to deal with - No problem. Got no response. On 4/20 got notice the putter had shipped. It arrived 4/25. Listing indicated the putter was about 33.5" Its barely 32". Poor communication and poor accuracy. Ultimately got item but...meh
