Offered a full refund. Buyer must be aware of the year tablet was released. If the tablet was purchased by mistake we understand and we will take it back for a refund. Open a return request for an item "as defective" is not true since is fully functional and working as intended.

    Good but could be better

    I got this to be a hotspot for my laptop. The adds say you can hook up to 10 devices through hotspot. It would not do 1. I've tried to find out why but can't find any information on the subject. Very disappointed.
