    Dyson Ball

    This review represents only a couple of weeks worth of use since purchase. So I would not consider a product based on such review. So far I am pleased with the Dyson Ball vacuum. It was easy to assemble out of the box, and I’m very impressed with its suction power. I had previously gone over this carpet MULTIPLE times with a brand new vacuum of other popular brand after putting down a heavy layer of Carpet Fresh powder. The Dyson Ball picked up a significant amount of that powder the other vacuum left behind. My only complaint so far would be that the Dyson Ball is very HEAVY. If you have a big home/space to vacuum, your arms will get a good workout. A small framed person would likely get tired of using this vacuum fairly quickly.     Love it!

    This vacuum cleaner is a great combination of being the most lightweight and the most maneuverable one ive ever used! It’s quieter than the one i just got rid of and has a stronger, tighter suction; less messy to empty and clean too! The snap-in parts and the buttons on the vacuum are a creative touch! The hype behind the dyson brand is accurate! Now if only theyd come out with a product that could shampoo the carpet...

    Incredible Suction!

    The Dyson has incredible suction. Very easy to maneuver and empty. Lightweight. My only criticism would be the handheld extension wand. It works great overhead, but when I vacuum baseboards with it, the 90 bend it must make feels like it will cause a hole over time between the solid extension piece and the flexible hose. Maybe it won't. Other than that, I really like the performance of this vacuum!

    Excellence

    Wow, I didn't know what to expect. Always heard good things about Dyson. My old Oreck was getting a little old so my wife and I considered replacing. Such a great idea. We vacuumed the floor with the Oreck before we test drove the Dyson. Holy cow there was so much more that the Oreck didn't pick up! It's also much lighter and easier to maneuver. Going from carpet to tile/linoleum is great - do adjustments necessary! Overall very satisfied, will definitely buy another Dyson.
