Nice blanket- fast shipping- but it was not as advertised. (Incorrect weight). Not much compensation offered for the error, except to return it or pay more for another blanket with the correct weight. I needed a blanket immediately for a pony who had just arrived from FL. I offered to accept a return and give a full refund, which would include a prepaid shipping label. Buyer wanted me to accept an exchange on a much more expensive blanket. I was able to reduce the price a bit, but unfortunately it wasn't enough to make her happy.
