The seller had mixed feedback but not mixed from me. I ordered a microwave on the 11th. It was an open box item and what a pain it must have been to pack it and get it to me in THREE days! I have NO complaints. The seller communicated with me and did exactly as he said and I got the product BEFORE it was supposed to come and it was exactly as described! This deserves 5 stars and coming from a military officer…I’m too hard sometimes but NO need for this seller. Thanks man!

Package arrived within the promised time. Item in the exact condition that was expected and working perfectly. However, it was missing one filter.
These filters are expensive ($94 retail price) and it's very difficult to find cheap alternatives. Left seller a message and within 24 hours, they had both called and emailed me.
They ordered a new filter for me and had it delivered to my house with no charge. That's customer service at its best. I'm very happy with the whole experience.
