Box the item came in was damaged. Not only the shipping box but the original packaging for the item. Contacted the seller. They responded that I could return it to a Best Buy but there are not any in my area and also said there may be a restocking fee. Glad I wasn’t giving it as a gift. I won’t buy from them again.

Very nice tablet for the price. Paired with a heavy duty case with shoulder pad, for an easy-to-use tablet for an elderly parent. On my next order after this one, Best Buy messed up; shipped the wrong item, and haven’t been willing to communicate despite the next day air fee paid. No replacement or refund. Working with eBay on that still. But on this item, delivery was quick and exactly as described. Communication options are limited to cancelling or returns; no combined shipping option.

Great price. This price was lower than this past Amazon Prime sale day of July 17. I was able to save approx.$160 off their every day price and $20 off their July 17 sale price. I was redirected by Capital One Shopping app extension to a lower price on ebay. The item was shipped via Best Buy. Good seller.
