While the seller accepted my return and refunded, I was VERY disappointed. I bought a lego wall art set that was slightly cheaper through this seller than on Amazon. He listed as 'brand new' and 'new in box'. When I received it, the set was already 99% assembled. The seller played dumb and blamed the shop he got it, and never apologized. He also said he'd issue a refund 'once he received the item and INSPECTED it'. Still in shock by his response, and lack of understanding for who's in the wrong.

The first cartridge I received was CENTIPEDE, certainly not what I ordered. I messaged the seller, who was very apologetic and sent the BASIC cartridge out right away with expedited shipping.
I get that mistakes are made, and he certainly made up for it by making it right.
