      Seller listed the item as "new condition", yet it arrived covered in scuffs and scratches. It was also partially sticking out of the box it was jammed into which was far too small.. causing damage to its packaging. Seller offered no apology, and responded with a curt "you can return for a refund". Communication from them was non-existent after that. eBay stepped in and refunded me half the cost and I'm keeping the ugly thing. Unprofessional seller.
