The product has been previously opened and swatched when it’s ment to be brand new. This is unacceptable considering the item has a 6 month shelf life once opened. Seller also charged me more than double what they actually paid for the shipping and then took ages to post the item. Seller ignored all my messages from the moment I bought the item. Terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend

I realize things happen in life so I have been patient but it has been several days now and I have not gotten a reply. I simply wanted to exchange the item for the one I ordered (same item but a different color). I have now ordered the item from a different vendor and am hoping to be able to return this one for a refund. It doesn’t appear that this is typical based on reviews but I will avoid future purchases.
