    Overall a good experience, despite some issues. The seat/spring kit initially showed a tracking number, but the item was never shipped.After 2 weeks I contacted royal-rider, explained the issue, and they said they would re-ship. I had the item within 6 days after that (from India to Canada). So they made good on the shipment. There is one small blemish on the seat, but barely noticiable. Parts are also genuine Royal Enfield as stated in the listing. Best price on ebay for this when I ordered it
