    Bad experience. Seller provided wrong product, used condition not as described, damaged (loose/broken part rattling inside motor). Seller stated that "mis-shelving" happens. In contrast - there was no marking on the box indicating that the box contained a different product. Some merchants just slam products out the door and let the customers sort out their deficiencies. I was offered the correct product without offering a discount, free shipping or anything else. "Heads I win - Tails you lose".
