I purchased a ring camera from this seller. Once it arrived I was unable to set it up let alone even use it because it had a previous owner. This means I have no access to camera footage; the previous owner does. This seller then offered to send a brand new. It was sent out but DELIVERED TO A TOTALLY DIFFERENT ADDRESS! As soon as I brought it to their attention they all of a sudden “Left Office”. They claimed it got delivered but it’s at a different address. I want a refund this is complete bs!!
