    Hello Austin! We sent the mirror in perfect condition but unfortunately USPS delivered it to you damaged. Still we offered you a partial refund, but you refused to work with us and said you would take it up with Ebay. When you did open a case with Ebay, you lied and said we sent you a completely different color and model of the part. Ebay sided with you and when you sent us back the part, you swapped out our part with your own. Very unfortunate that you lied to us and Ebay when we wanted to help
