The experience was overall fine. The item was used and was portrayed to be as such in the desription. I received it quickly, and was packaged adequately enough. Item looked to be in good repair/decent shape. However, when trying to set it up/connect it, I received errors and could not complete set-up. Did multiple factory resets and still no luck. Contacted seller and described what was happening. Requested refund and was accepted. Would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.
