The pressure washer arrived in only a few days. It arrived with some slight shipping damage on the pump threaded connection. The seller quickly took care of me and partially refunded the total cost of the pressure washer so that I could purchase a new pump. I got a brand new pump! I used the pressure washer yesterday for 2 hrs and it performed flawlessly. I highly recommend the seller. They offer fantastic products and extremely good prices and are very responsive to concerns. Thermal valve arrived broken because of poor packing. I contacted the seller and they offered both a partial and full refund. I took the partial and used the refund to buy a new pump. The pressure washer now works as it was intended to. Responsive seller, I would buy from again but hope that they improve their packing.
