Excellent vacuum cleaner!
So much better than a bag less vacuum! Every time the bag is changed you start with a clean filter. No more smelly vacuum cleaner! No more "dust plume", all the dust and dirt remains in the bag! Very easy to use and does a great job at cleaning my carpets!

Vacuum works as it should, but hard to maneuver.
Basically, it is a good little vacuum. The suction is great, the size is perfect for a small house, and at only 13 lbs, it is easy to lift when needed. The vacc itself is fine, except for the swiveling part. It swivels whither you want it to or not. It is very hard to keep it going in a straight line. there should be a mechanism that you can adjust so it doesn't swivel at all unless you want it to. I have arthritis, keeping it on the straight and narrow is a fight. I'm keeping it because it does a good job, but the manufacturers would benefit from doing a bit of reconstruction.
