      A High Quality Model Kit That Actually Goes Together and Operates Just Like You Hoped It Would

      I am a retired car lover who still likes to build and display model cars and engines. I built a Visible V-8 engine model by Revell many years ago, and remember having a few problems with parts fitting, and all of the plastic cement needed to hold it together. Building this model, by contrast, was a wonderful experience, with precision molded parts made of very high grade plastic which fit well. Moreover, No Glue is used-everything goes together with one size of philips head screws, which makes for an easy and solid build. Every part is numbered, and the step by step instructions are clear and easy to follow. Even assembling the working valves and camshafts was not difficult, and the timing tool made timing the engine to fire the spark plugs relatively straightforward. This Haynes model ...

      Haynes Visible V8

      Newer version of the earlier Renwal Visible V8. Overhead cams and fuel injection. Plus, the engine model incorporate batteries to run the engine (no hand crank like on the later versions of the Revell Visible V8. Great instructions and fun to build! Highly recommended!
