Item was advertised as brand new and unused but perfumes delivered in damaged ,open box and used. Each perfume bottle were wrapped in some wrapping paper and stuffed in the damaged box. and perfume bottle is not full. See the attached pictures. It seems seller is selling used item marked as brand new. I would return the item and ask seller for full refund.

I haven’t received the item I ordered. The shipping status shows it was shipped 16 days ago, but never delivered. I contacted seller when I received an opened empty envelope in my mailbox, the seller responded with there was nothing to do with them. I contacted eBay online but no response so far. I am very disappointed with the purchase and will not buy from eBay again.
