    A very nice phone with Great features!

    I bought this phone used and in this short period I've had it, thus far it has been stellar! It has performed all the tasks that I utilize it for, Talk, Text & Data, I've been told by a number of people on the other end of the call how well they can hear me and trust me when I state how Awesome it is not having to constantly repeat things over and over! I charge it between 14 to 16 hours and the battery indicates between 30 - 50% life depending on the usage. The camera takes good quality pictures with awesome video picture and the music sounds great, so for the price and all the features it has, this is a pretty Awesome device!

    THIS ONE I GOT OFF EBAY WAS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION; BUT THE 2ND ONE WAS

    The first phone was used and it was crap...had to get a new one. But the phone type it self was a great phone, that's why I got a second one. So the answers to these questions are for the used semi broken phone that you are asking about, not the new one that worked.

    Nice phone.

    Phone needs more memory, less bloatware. Will take up to 128 gig memory card though. Great/the best speakers, really goes loud for a phone. Camera is also top notch. I like the phone a lot.

    Big screen with great feature

    HTC Desire 816 started a trend with big screen size in the market pricing in affordable middle range carrying many features. If 16GB internal is an alternative, the model would continue to lead for a longer while in the user market. Simply to say, the FIRST smartphone was made by HTC contracted for HP; but HP didn't hold the market to.explore the trend.

    I BOUGHT THIS PHONE BECAUSE OF THE SCREEN SIZE (OVER 5"), AND BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN A VIRGIN MOBILE CUSTOMER FOR OVER 20 YEARS. I WAS A BIT SKEPTICAL ABOUT IT HAVING FEATURES THAT WERE COMPARABLE TO OTHER SMARTPHONES, BUT IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. FOR ME, THE BEST FEATURES WERE: SCREEN SIZE... LIKE I SAID, THE SCREEN IS HUGE, AND IT ALSO, IN MY OPINION, CAN RIVAL SAMSUNG IN TERMS OF QUALITY OF PICTURE. THE CLARITY WAS AWESOME, AND FOR SOMEONE LIKE ME THAT SPENDS HOURS EACH DAY ON MY PHONE, IT WAS A PLEASANT SURPRISE. BATTERY LIFE: I GET AN ALL DAY CHARGE IF I PLUG IT IN AND LET IT CHARGE ALL NIGHT AT BEDTIME.
