    overall it got to me in a timely manner, said ships in 24 hours but did not ship until i enquired about a tracking number 3 days later(ordered sunday night) and they responded right away when i asked. the item its self was a previous open box(came from turn 14 their distributor), new staples holding box closed and the hardware bag was cut open. everything seems to be there but the hardware was all bent so i was not able to install, which is on the manufacturer.
