The offer said free shipping and when they arrived with USPS it cast $14 almost as much as one of the shorts. I am still waiting for a resolution. Thus far seller said send me a charge sheet. It was USPS there is no charge sheet my wife signed it paid and that it. Surely there is some info on their end. Basically, if seller didn't pay, I must have. Check the books. Free shipping aint free with USPS. someone pays.
