When I received the piece it wasn’t quite what I anticipated from the photos, so I contacted the seller. They graciously gave me the option for returning it for a full refund, or choosing another item of the same value in kind. I found another piece in their inventory that was a little bit pricier than the first, and asked to negotiate the price a bit.
