It was very convenient to have. It doesnt get real cold but it is better than hot drinks and dealing with a messy ice chest. We didnt use the warm side.

Not so great
The biggest problem with this cooler is the fact that you need two hands to open it. I keep it on the floor of the passenger seat, and I was hoping that when I wanted a bottle of water, I could just press the button and the top would open and I could just reach down pull out my drink, but the top doesn't open unless I use my other hand to pry it open and I can't do that when I am driving.

For what you pay for it,, it is not worth it,, mine was supposed to keep a cool temp of 40 digress ,, but it kept ranging in temp from 40 digress to 65 digress,, thats not good especially when you have sandwiches that have mayonnaise.. speaking for my purchase only,, ( MINE WAS A JOKE) if you want to keep your food or drinks cool/cold you better put ice in with it. thank you Drums620

ALSO IF YOU PUT WARM COLD DRINKS IN IT DON'T EXPECT THEM TO GET COLD IN A HURRY.. ALSO IF YOU STOP IN HOT WEATHER TO EAT OR WHAT EVER AND YOUR CAR HEATS UP FORGET IT. PUT A RE-FREEZE=ABLE ICE PACK OR TWO IN IT TO HELP THINGS ALONG. IF YOU HAVE A LIGHTER PLUG WHICH STAYS ON WITH THE SWITCH OFF USE IT. AND DON'T USE A MULTI PLUG. FOR WHAT IT DOE'S ITS OK. Fan produces a lot of heat inside the vehicle. It takes a log time to cool the items inside. I have not tried the warmer function, but I think it will work better as a warmer than a cooler.
