Shipping was lightening fast. The "bag" of ph increaser showed up as a 50# paper sack of soda ash. The product is good, but it's a good thing it wasn't a rainy day when it arrived because it would have been a waterlogged, 50# nightmare! Although I would buy it again, it would be nice to know up front that the bag is paper.

Received the wrong product due to the fact the seller described the wrong product. when asked to get the correct product that was described in the listing, they kept saying because of the price it was the correct product I received.
They wrongfully advertised a different product and would not exchange when I called them out. Horrible customer service and still have the wrong product. Do NOT recommend buying from this seller.
