    Item was exactly as described but seller could have better customer service. Asked for combined shipping for two items and was instructed to purchase both and then I would recieve a refund to equal the agreed upon price. Firstly it took the seller many days to respond and when they finally did they refunded less than discussed. I should have requested an invoice before paying so that’s my fault but they were terrible at helping facilitate the transaction. Still love the hat tho so that’s a plus.
