I have trusted Crutchfield for many (and I do mean many years), so when searching for an inexpensive cartridge, with decent quality ... I saw many sellers offering this AT-VM95C, but Crutchfiel was my choice and their price was better than most. I bought this for a Pioneer PL-600 (black) and I'm satisfied with it's performance. This is not the cartridge for the audiophiles using better quality turntables, but it is a really good cartridge for the enthusiast.

Turntable reawaken after 48 years!
I have placed all my stereo components back together after decades. I needed the stylus and a local repair person told me what to get. Sure enough upon receipt I installed it and played my now antique vinyl—-wonderful voyage down memory lane seems it will be a long one! Thank you, thank you!

VM95c installed in a Stanton T.62 M2 table(straight tonearm & direct drive) . VM95c cart ( & stylus) replaced the stock cart ( i am assuming as i didnt own Table originally.) Sound definitely improved. As to what level of improvement , i cant be a great judge because Stanton T.62 has no way of protractor use, for cart installation. Just purchased a Bang & Olufsen 1800 as well as a U-Turn orbit so i will soon have a better gauge on this pruppy dogs performance. excellent buy-very nice sound
cheapest cart I've bought in probably the last three decades -was really impressed with the higher end 5XX and 7XX VM series carts I use -tried this BOTL VM95 cart out just for grins. Looked at it with microscope before mounting and playing - this is a nice conical stylus cleanly mounted into it's cantilever - a definite contrast to the the rock glued to a pipe you see with most BOTL conical styli. If you are running a long hours stylus -there is no excuse to not replace it with this cheap n pretty darn nice cartridge.. cheapest cart I've bought in probably the last three decades -was really impressed with the higher end 5XX and 7XX VM series carts I use -tried this BOTL VM95 cart out just for grins.
