    Seller claimed that this was a new item with tags and had never been washed yet. The description showed that she claim to have worn it one time 46 hours. The wash caused the bodice to become out of shape. It was not like new as described, nor was it new with tags, which she claimed afterward. She would not offer a full refund. As is ebay policy, and he said that ebay would have to determine whether or not to be able to get a refund. They granted full refund with a shipping label. You decide.

    False testimony here: My Listing was as "new without tags", worn for 6 hours, not 46, and item had NEVER been washed. Buyer did not like the way item fit her which is poor justification for refund and yes, ebay honored her full refund request which she has received! Do not recommend selling to this buyer!
