    The seller packed the model securely in a brown cardboard tube with bubble wrap around the outside of the original box, then placed in a brown cardboard box with more bubble wrap inside the box. It was then sealed with security tape and the customs clearance note on the side. It arrived safely and undamaged via Parcelforce. I would recommend this seller to anyone else and I would buy from them again.

    I had issues with my order via mail carrier from Italy to USA. The tracking number provided was re-used by the company somehow and so my package was marked delivered in another location. On eBay, my purchase was complete, yet I had no item. I had to request a refund which eBay stepped in and refunded my money. 30 days later the package arrived. I waited to leave this feedback in case it did. They assured me it would arrive tho tracking said otherwise, and they were truthful. I paid them back.
