Parts were floating in the box and the PC was on top of the packaging and not wrapped in it. I sent them a message and they said that I could return the item for refund.     Pretty much happy with my Desktop PC

    Small nice looking and fast . I have been testing it for almost 4 days and it works good for my daily home use. The only problem I had with it was that the keyboard was not working well, even it came in a new un open condition. I just replaced it with my old keyboard and everything works fine since. I also noticed that the PC did not come with a standard built in speaker (internal speaker) and I had to connect an external speakers in order to hear messages and whatever needs to be listened. Delivery was fast and condition is excellent
