I recently bought a forme bra which is supposed to correct posture. It was interesting to compare it to this bra. 1) It’s nice that you can choose band and cup size to determine your fit. 2) The hooks in the front are a little tricky and slow to close. If you have arthritis, I don’t recommend this bra.
3) I feel extremely supported. It is underwire, doesn’t create uniboob, but also provides full coverage. 4) Compared to the Forme bra, I didn’t feel much posture-correcting happening.
