    Nice Little True Sine Wave Inverter

    This inverter has a dual function (an UPS and an INVERTER). The inverter function is as you expect but the UPS function is very useful as it supplies an UPS at 1000W which is much better than most UPS on the market. Obviously the downside of this is that the battery is external and must be very close to the inverter but this is also the upside as you can configure your 12V battery to have as many Ampere Hours that you want and thus could supply this function for hours or days. The lead in posts are easy to access and they have good clip on guards. I recommend that you buy a battery fuse > 100 A (from Jaycar or some speed shops) to protect yourself from a bad accident. The only downside noticed is that the output voltage does not appear to be variable and mine is set at 228.5 VAC which ...

    My next inverter will be a RENOGY !

    The Renogy 1000 watt has settled into its permanent position as power for lights , laptop airconditioner, tv and etc. The next inverter I buy will need to be 2000 watt so thats one decision sorted.RENOGY will do nicely!

    does the job touch sensitive

    works great but trips out very easily like when fridge kicks in and draws 1000w for a micro second before it goes to 200w. Alarm is noisy and my house lights flicker a bit when fridge kicks in but it does the job with its safety features
