    This filter was NOS (new old stock) but had become too brittle over time and it fell apart during shipping. No doubt being tossed around like the USPS does. At any rate the Seller stepped up immediately after being notified after hours and issued a refund to me. I did not have to open a case at all. This would have been a great deal had the foam been in good shape. I greatly appreciate fast easy fixes when there is an issue. Stand up seller.
