    I CAN feel a difference!

    I have severe spinal and leg issues. Onset of leg cramps is harsh and immediate. Not so easy to get rid of them. I was advised to try this product. I now take Swanson Potassium Citrate every day as a preventative against those cramps. Much to my amazement - when I (remember to) take them, I get no cramps. When I forget to take them, I get intense cramps in my legs and hands. When this happens, I take my dosage of above as quickly as I can and within 15 minutes, no more cramps!! I love this product.
