    The remote just works. I paired to the television without issue, and I was also able to successfully update the remote software. Before this purchase, I bought several unbranded versions of this remote, and while the remote functions worked, none were able to complete the software update - an OCD thing for me. This was the first one that is an actual Sony remote, which I think was the difference.
