I ordered two of these racks. After several messages spanning a couple weeks one arrived. It was not packaged well, just thrown in a plastic bag, and only one arrived. The other one was returned to the seller as undeliverable multiple times, I wonder if it might have something to do with the packaging. I am sure the seller will give me a refund on my missing item but there are too many sellers doing things right for me to deal with this seller again.
