cost of shipping very inflated and it took quite a while to get. Took multiple tries to reach seller. Real problem Is that item was poorly packed. The engine was not wrapped and put in a box without padding. The engine was heard rattling around before it was unpacked and had scratches that did not appear in sellers listed pictures. when I finally reached seller, he said I could return It, but did not offer return postage. I never wanted a return I simply was hoping for a partial credit
