    good value for the money

    Wish the printer manual was in English - didn't read the fine print stating instructions were in Portuguese. Found English instructions online. Other than that, satisfied.

    Minor issue on delivery

    I think it got shaken a little on shipment. Had a problem with paper feeding. I removed the back access door and cleaned the rollers but I really don't think this was the cause. Maybe just removing and reinstalling the cleanout door solved the problem. Happy with the printer.

    difficult set up

    installation instructions were in Spanish, this product was made for Brazil and the installation drives were so old I had to get HP to find me an update in order to make this item work
