Bought micro worm culture and delivery was quick and cost was fair. The culture must have been overheated or over chilled at some point in transit, because normally would not spoil before a few weeks. Culture did not survive but seller was concerned, and quick to provide refund even when I did not request it. I appreciate a seller that is quick to make it right, I will definitely buy from this seller again, confident that I will be treated well and not be penalized by a carrier mistake.

This seller was very good.
The first package was shipped fast, but unfortunately the package was damaged during delivery and the eels leaked all over the bag and contaminated the microworms. I explained this to the seller and they quickly sent me a replacement, packed very carefully, free of charge, with free shipping. It arrived fast and perfect. The cultures are doing very well, and I’ve been happy with their production of live foods for my baby fry. I would recommend this seller!
