The transaction with this seller was top notch and the lamp a treasure. The seller took extreme efforts in double packing this lamp in actually 3 box's and enough bubble wrap to refloat the Titanic.....but thanks to Fed X....managed to damage the glass lamp shade. The seller (Vicki) took immediate action and saw to it that Ebay refunded the full purchase price. This was a first for me and tragic as it was.....I couldn't be more pleased with Victorias Vintage Village.
