At the 3rd business day I messaged because I ordered it on a Friday so 5 days since payment! Package arrived with radio and contents Without owners manual for brand new item!! Mystery where it went so now I’m on the hunt for one with their suggestions to watch YouTube videos which just enraged me more..!! Lovely expensive paperweight until then!!

Buyer was sent this item directly from manufacture. I contacted the manufacture and they gave me a link to their online manual. Also item was shipped within ebays allowed time which is 3 business days. Post office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. I attempted to resolve buyers issue with no cooperation on their part. Proceeded to call me stupid for sending them an online copy of manual and trying to assist them in programming this scanner.
