Unfortunately, the printhead was defective, but this is not the fault of the seller. Seller made a good faith effort to sell a product that I needed. Seller cannot control the quality assurance from those who manufacture or refurbish. Seller reimbursed all payment in quick fashion. I understood prior to transaction that not all products are guaranteed to work. Good seller!

    Good product!

    Would be nice if the package included the plastic nuts and "o"ring seals required to connect the ink supply tubes. Quality is adequate and does the job for which it was designed. I am happy!
