PP220 works well in north Florida
I put this device in an apartment and am excited by how great it works. I subtract one star because the device is activated by a flow rate no lower than 1.6 GPM and many faucets don't flow that fast. I produced a video on YouTube. If you go there and search for PP220 review then you'll find it from the SAPLSMW account.

Not for the non-adventurous.
Have it within 10 feet of shower and sink; just turn the shower on just enough to activate the shower head....whether you get 30 seconds of heat, then cold, or even temp throughout shower is a crap shoot. Constantly adjusting it to try and get a stable heat flow; very hard to do.

Easy to install. Produces more really hot water than I need. I'm in South Florida, so I don't even turn it up to maximum heating. Adjustable to be able to work with 10, 20, 30, or 40 amp breakers, depending on the temperature needed. 20 or 30 amps is sufficient.
