It was not the right clock spring there were grooves in the connector the one in the vehicle was smooth and had a clip. The connector would not go in because of the grooves. I had to go to Kia and get the right part because I didn’t have time to wait for another to be shipped. As you can see in the picture the 3 raised grooves would not allow the smooth connect in the car to fit

I contacted the seller for a refund and they replied with an offer of a partial refund. I accepted the partial refund and the seller offered a discount on any future purchases.
