Received within the estimated time window, and in brand new condition. It's alright. Good enough to replace my old backpack but probably going to be replaced later on in the year. It seems like it would be better for a kid than an adult; there's not a TON of slack you can get with the straps (which are not set up upon receiving it. You have to loop the straps through the clips yourself, and they're pretty small. Don't assume you can just throw this on when you get it), but it gets the job done.

Casters don't look brand new. They have some light scuff marks but work as expected. Communicated with the seller and was assured that they are new. It's possible they got beat up in shipping, but packaging didn't look bad. Anyways, overall a positive experience and if the casters hold up as advertised and expected, definitely a great value.
