Item exactly as described. Super slow ship. On 02/01 paid $8.70 for shipping cost. Item shipped 14 days later on 2/14 and delivery to my door was on 02/20. Not sure why seller ships so slow. Entire transaction took almost three weeks with no communication from the seller. Unfortunate because this could have easily been a five star transaction if seller shipped on time.
