There are two recommended doses - one says 2200 mg or 4/5 tsp. 2200 mg is a rather high dose and I don't understand what 4/5 tsp means. Is it four fifths of a tsp or 4 to 5 tsp. Yet elsewhere on the package it says a more reasonable dose of 400 mg
