Patriotic Patchwork in Red, White, & Blue
I bought this vintage 1976 quilting pattern book because I was looking for a specific "Texas" pattern - which I happened to spy on the cover in a gallery photo while browsing quilt books! I was happy to find no only that pattern, but several others of interest to me as well. Although the style the instructions are presented in is a little dated (no photographs or rotary cuttin here), there are some challenging and very original patterns included that some may be excited to find. Originally, these blocks appeared in "Hearth & Home Magazine in a series. A book of pieced state blocks
Interesting book. Some of the techniques are now a little outdated but most can be easily altered. Some patterns are very complex. I look forward to the challenge.
