Seller sent a counterfeit phone. Was made entirely of plastic. Not metal like a razor should be. Wrong model, bad IMEI. Asked for a refund, they approved the return but refused to provide a shipping label, asking for my friends and family members PayPal account. Filed a charge back with my Financial institution because seller kept refusing to provide me the return and refund. Phone was verified counterfeit through my mobile carrier. What a joke! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Plain and simple, the device isn't new or unopened, the interior of the box is stained, the screen is already going out, the back panel is scuffed up, and it's still locked to someone's account on AT&T. Don't get scammed by these people. They're also based out of China, in case you don't notice before you buy.
